Replacement Policy
1. Item Arrived Damaged or Defective
If your eyewear arrives broken, misaligned, scratched, or defective, myeyessite.com takes full responsibility for transit-related issues.
Please contact our customer support team and share your order details. After review and verification, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
2. Vision or Prescription Issue
If you are satisfied with the design but experience difficulty with vision clarity, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Once the prescription concern is verified, we will offer a replacement or exchange as appropriate. Customer feedback helps us continually improve our products and services.
Refund Policy
